Chief Executive Officer

Founder and CEO, Iman, is the driving force behind our non-profit organization. She is passionate about creating a sustainable future and is involved in all aspects of the organization, from software development to marketing and customer experience strategies.

Islam Ragab

Chief Technology Officer

Founder and CTO, Islam brings a unique blend of technical engineering expertise and humanitarian experience to our projects.  He priorities incorporating ethical considerations for using technology in the non-profit sector as well as delivering impactful solutions for disaster risk reduction.


Haitham Dahboor

Digital Innovation and Program Manager

Haitham is our Digital Innovation and Program Manager, specializing in digital security and open-source technologies. He contributes by implementing robust security protocols, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, and promoting the use of open-source solutions to enhance transparency and community engagement within our projects.





Mohamed Gabr

Software Developer

Mohamed is a Software Developer dedicated to creating scalable and impactful solutions. He specializes in leveraging modern technologies, including cloud services and real-time communication, to build efficient, user-centered applications. He has also worked on integrating drone technology for enhanced disaster monitoring, contributing to innovative solutions in environmental protection. 


Maria Vives Requena  

MEAL Officer

Maria is a humanitarian worker specializing in research, advocacy, and program evaluation within human rights and climate justice. She contributes by conducting in-depth field and policy research and engaging with stakeholders. With expertise in project design and M&E, she integrates data-driven approaches to assess impact and drive evidence-based decision-making in sustainability and protection programs. 


IMarupzhan Semyatov

Humanitarian Program Manager

Marupzhan focuses on ensuring the humane, lawful, and efficient processing of individuals at national borders, with a particular focus on vulnerable populations such as refugees, asylum seekers, and victims of trafficking complying with immigration policy with international human rights and humanitarian obligations.


Osita Kingsley Odo

Inclusion Officer

Osita is a committed inclusion officer with a BSc in Sociology and Anthropology and a Master’s in International Humanitarian Action. Passionate about inclusive humanitarian and development programming, Osita brings a profound understanding of social dynamics and cultural contexts to design equitable, impactful solutions. With a robust academic foundation and a dedication to fostering diversity and accessibility, Osita excels at creating programmes that empower marginalised communities.





Julene Redondo Ibarrondo

Head of Social Innovation, Cooperation, and Education

With a background in International Relations and Humanitarian Action, Julene brings a systemic and people-centered perspective to the design of educational and social programmes. She leads cross-regional initiatives (particularly between Latin America and Europe) that promote inclusive cooperation, intercultural dialogue, and community-based learning. Her work focuses on connecting local action with global agendas through collaborative partnerships.
